There has been a lot of controversy this week over remarks Urban Meyer made to a Gator club in Orlando, how he said that any former players who criticize the program are not welcome in the football offices.
Suddenly, every eye turned to Shane Matthews, who was critical of Florida’s offensive attack in the fall. Meyer never mentioned Matthews by name and did not return a text message asking if that’s who he was referring to.

You think the season flies by, doesn’t seem like spring practice just started yesterday?
But it’s finished and it couldn’t have gone much better for the Gators.

In case you were wondering, the drive over here was without rain and it’s now a beautiful evening for baseball. Wind is blowing out to right center towards the circus tent. Insert joke here.
Florida will be without Riley Cooper who has a bursa sack problem that became infected. It’s not a great loss. No offense to Cooper but he’s been struggling and Daniel Piggott is playing really well.
